Your purchase date
A copy of your receipt
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the entire piece of jewelry

If you no longer have your receipt, please include the last four digits of the card used for purchase along with your approximate purchase date so we can locate your order.

Once we receive your information, our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
